Mater Soap

Brooklyn artist Addison Walz started making cold-process olive oil soap in her weaving studio in 2016. "Mater" is Latin for mother — the brand is named for hers. All natural plant ingredients, no synthetic fragrance — and every bar is still cut by hand with a guitar-string cutter, a habit straight from her art studio.
